1. EX7 is free
EX7 is free. There is nothing to buy, so there is nothing to cancel or refund. If EX7 ever offers a paid service, this policy will be updated before anything is charged.
2. Questions about a charge
If you see a charge from EX7 Capital that you did not expect, email support@ex7capital.com with the date and amount of the charge, and we will review it. We correct billing errors we caused; any correction beyond that is at EX7's discretion. Nothing in this policy limits a right that consumer-protection law gives you. The binding terms are in our Terms of Service.
