Frequently asked questions
Monthly subscriptions are charged on the day you sign up, then on the same calendar day each month. Annual plans are charged once per year. Charges appear on your statement as “EX7 CAPITAL.”
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately; we prorate the difference so you only pay for the time remaining in the cycle. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period and are managed through the Stripe Customer Portal.
We offer a 14-day refund on your first paid month, no questions asked. Annual subscribers can request a prorated refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are not issued for months already consumed.
Prices are listed in USD and do not include VAT, GST, or local sales tax. Applicable taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your billing country.
